Privacy Policy

Site Analytics
We run our own analytics to understand how people find and use the site. The data goes to our own database, hosted by Cloudflare. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other outside tracking service.
Each visit gets a random ID, kept in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab. A note in your browser's local storage tells us whether you have visited before.
For each visit we record the page you first open, the site that sent you, and whether you came from a search engine, an ad, another website, or directly. We record whether you are on a phone, tablet, or computer. Cloudflare estimates your city and region from your IP address, and we record that estimate. We do not record your IP address.
As you browse, we record the pages you view, how far you scroll, how long each page stays open on your screen, which sections come into view, and the buttons and links you click. We record when you begin a form and which fields you select, but not what you type in them. We also record taps on our phone number and the total of any WhatsApp order you start.
Cookies and Browser Storage
The site does not use cookies. It uses your browser's storage for the visit ID and returning visitor note described above.
Your cart, wishlist, and recently viewed items are stored only in your browser. The chat assistant saves your conversation there too, including anything you typed, so it can continue where you left off.
You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings.
Contact Form and Chat
When you send the contact form, or give the chat assistant your name and a phone number or email address, we receive what you entered. This can include your name, email address, phone number, event details, message, how you heard about us, and preferences such as style and budget.
We use it to reply to you and to plan your order or event. It is emailed to our studio through Resend, an email delivery service. We also keep a record of each inquiry in our database, linked to the analytics from the same visit. If you gave an email address, we send you a confirmation email.
Orders
We take orders by WhatsApp message or phone call. The Order via WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a message that lists your items and total. You add the delivery or pickup details there and send it yourself.
The site does not take payments and never sees your payment details. Anything you share on WhatsApp is also covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Who Receives Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
Cloudflare hosts the site and our database. It processes your requests and IP address to deliver the pages. Resend delivers the emails the site sends, including your inquiry and any confirmation email. Our studio inbox is a Gmail account, run by Google.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Keeping and Deleting Information
We keep inquiries and visit records for as long as they are useful for running the business. Page activity, such as views, scrolls, and clicks, is deleted after about 200 days.

Changes to This Policy
If we change what the site collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
