Terms of Service

Services
Fleuristry provides custom floral design services including wedding florals, event installations, interior styling, floral subscriptions, retail arrangements, and educational workshops. All services are subject to availability and seasonal flower selection.
All floral designs are custom creations. While we strive to match agreed-upon designs as closely as possible, natural variations in flower color, size, and availability may result in minor substitutions. We guarantee that any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and within the agreed-upon aesthetic.
Consultations & Bookings
Initial consultations for wedding and event services are complimentary. Following the consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining design concepts, itemized pricing, and a timeline.
To secure your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated total are required. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. For orders over $10,000, a payment plan may be arranged.
Shop Orders
All shop purchases are final. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on delivered arrangements.
If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit at our discretion.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST within our core service area (Northern NJ and NYC). Standard delivery is available 7 days a week. Delivery is free within Sparta and $13 elsewhere, and free on orders of $150 or more. Orders picked up at our Sparta studio receive 15% off.
Subscriptions
Residential subscriptions can be paused or canceled with 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled delivery.
B2B subscription terms are outlined in individual service agreements. All B2B plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. Changes to delivery frequency, arrangement style, or budget can be made with 7 days' notice.
Classes & Workshops
Workshop fees are due at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class date are eligible for a full refund or class credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person.
Private event and group workshop bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Participants assume responsibility for their personal belongings. We provide all materials, tools, and protective equipment. Please inform us of any allergies prior to the workshop.
Wedding & Event Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: deposit is forfeited, no additional charges.
• Cancellation 30–90 days before the event: 50% of the total contracted amount is due.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the total contracted amount is due.
Date changes are accommodated when possible, subject to availability, at no additional charge if requested more than 60 days in advance.
Intellectual Property
All floral designs, photographs, content, and branding on this website are the property of Fleuristry and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.
We reserve the right to photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer that your event or order not be photographed, please let us know in writing before the service date.
Limitation of Liability
Fleuristry will make every reasonable effort to fulfill our commitments. However, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, supply chain disruptions, venue restrictions, or acts of nature.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Website Use
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, introduce malware, or interfere with its operation.
Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and the natural variability of flowers.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sussex County, New Jersey.
